This policy outlines your rights regarding cancellations, returns, and refunds in accordance with the Singapore Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act and the European Union Consumer Rights Directive.
- Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
In compliance with European consumer protection laws, customers residing within the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without providing a specific reason.
To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision via email at folding@tuckbin.com.
- Order Fulfilment and Shipping
We strive to ensure your order reaches you promptly and safely through our logistics partners, including DHL, FedEx, and UPS Priority services.
Handling Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Delivery Estimates: Standard delivery to Europe is estimated between 7–9 business days.
Tracking: Automated notifications will be sent to your registered email address at key milestones, including dispatch, arrival at sorting facilities, and out-for-delivery status.
Extended Delays: If an order exceeds the standard transit timeframe, we will initiate a formal investigation with the carrier. Depending on the investigation’s outcome, we will provide either a full refund or a complimentary replacement.
- Damaged or Defective Goods
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team at folding@tuckbin.com within 14 days of receipt.
Evidence: Please provide clear photographic evidence of the issue.
Resolution: Upon verification, we will arrange for a full refund or a replacement to be sent to you. In these instances, you are not required to return the damaged item.
- Returns Process
For standard returns under the Right of Withdrawal, the following conditions apply:
Condition: Items must be returned in their original packaging and in a resalable condition.

Return Costs: Unless the item is defective, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot process refunds for items lost in transit during the return journey.
- Refunds and Payment Methods
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed promptly and credited back to the original method of payment.
We accept and process refunds through the following payment methods:
Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express.
Digital Wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other integrated electronic wallets.
Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or card issuer to reflect the transaction on your statement.
