2. Payment & Security
   Which payment methods do you accept?
   To ensure a seamless checkout experience, we accept a wide range of globally recognised payment methods, including:

Is my transaction secure?

3. Shipping & Fulfilment
   Where do you ship to?
   We currently provide dedicated shipping services to customers located across Europe.

What are the shipping times and carriers?
We manage our own fulfilment workflows to ensure quality control. All orders are dispatched directly from our own manufacturing and fulfilment facility in Singapore. This allows us to maintain strict quality control from production to your doorstep.

Order Processing: 1–3 business days.

Estimated Delivery: 7–9 business days following dispatch.

Total Estimated Time: Delivery is typically completed within 8–12 business days from the order date.

How can I track my order?
Upon dispatch, you will automatically receive a tracking number via email. You can monitor your shipment’s progress at key milestones:

Out for local delivery.

What happens if my delivery is delayed?
Should a shipment exceed the standard estimated timeframe, our team will initiate a formal investigation with the carrier. If the parcel is confirmed lost or the delay is excessive, we will arrange for a full reimbursement or a priority replacement at no additional cost.

Will I be charged customs duties or VAT?
No. We operate on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis for all European orders. The price you see at checkout is final; we handle all import VAT and customs duties, ensuring no unexpected fees upon delivery.

4. Returns & Cancellations
   What is the “Right of Withdrawal” (EU Customers)?
   In accordance with the European Union Consumer Rights Directive, customers in the EU have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without providing a reason.

Products must be returned in their original, unused condition.

Where do I need to send my return?
As we operate a factory-direct model to ensure the lowest possible prices for our high-quality products, all returns must be shipped back to our central fulfillment center in Singapore.

Important Note: For “Right of Withdrawal” returns (change of mind), customers are responsible for international shipping costs and any associated export duties. We strongly recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot process refunds for items lost in transit.

How do I handle damaged or defective items?
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence. Once verified, we will process a full refund or a replacement at no additional cost. In confirmed instances of transit damage or manufacturing defects, you will not be required to return the faulty item.
