This Shipping & Delivery Policy governs the logistics and distribution framework of Tuckbin, operated by Seager Inc. Pte Ltd (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”). We facilitate the transit of premium organisational solutions to our customers within the European region, ensuring full compliance with Singaporean commercial standards and European consumer protection principles.
- Fulfilment and Logistics Partners
To maintain consistent service quality, we utilise high-priority shipping lanes through global logistics leaders, including DHL, FedEx, and UPS (Priority Services).
All orders are managed via our dedicated internal fulfilment processes. Every product undergoes a mandatory manual quality inspection at our facility to ensure rigorous oversight and brand integrity prior to dispatch. This direct-to-consumer (DTC) model ensures that we maintain complete control over our inventory and quality standards.
- Processing and Transit Timelines
We are committed to timely distribution according to the following established schedules:
Order Processing: Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days following payment confirmation.
Estimated Delivery Window: Once the consignment has departed our facility, delivery to European destinations is typically completed within 7 to 9 business days.
Please note: These timeframes are estimates based on standard operating conditions and exclude public holidays and weekends. In the event of unforeseen logistics delays (e.g. customs inspections), we will proactively notify you via your registered email address.
- Shipment Tracking and Transparency
We maintain full visibility throughout the delivery journey. Automated tracking notifications are transmitted to the email address provided at checkout during the following stages:
Dispatch Confirmation: Issued with a unique tracking identifier once the parcel leaves our centre.
In-Transit Updates: Notifications upon arrival at regional logistics sorting centres.
Out-for-Delivery: Alerting you when the parcel is within the local destination area.
- Delayed or Missing Consignments
The Company assumes full responsibility for the successful transit of your goods. Should an order fail to arrive within 20 business days of dispatch, we will initiate a formal enquiry with the designated carrier.
If the shipment is verified as lost or remains irrecoverably stuck in transit, we provide a guaranteed resolution, which includes either a full re-shipment at no additional cost or a comprehensive refund (transaction reversal), as per the customer’s preference.

To ensure transparency and security, all consignments are dispatched directly from our primary operations and fulfilment centre:

- Customs, Import Duties and Taxes
For international deliveries to Europe, the recipient is recognised as the Importer of Record.
VAT and Duties: Shipments may be subject to local Value Added Tax (VAT), customs duties, or administrative brokerage fees imposed by the destination country’s authorities.
Responsibility: We operate on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis. All applicable VAT and customs duties are included in the checkout price, ensuring no hidden costs upon delivery. We advise consulting your local customs office regarding import thresholds to avoid unexpected costs upon delivery.
- Accuracy of Delivery Information
The customer is responsible for providing comprehensive and accurate delivery details (including Eircode/Postcode and a valid contact number). The Company shall not be held liable for delivery failures resulting from:
Incorrect or incomplete address information provided at the time of purchase.
The recipient’s unavailability after multiple delivery attempts by the carrier.
Failure by the customer to comply with local customs clearance requirements or non-payment of import fees.
